Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Because Cargo Profits sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital goods.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Once the download link for the ebook or any bonus material has been delivered to the email address you provided at checkout, no refunds will be issued — whether or not the file has been opened or downloaded.

3. Didn't Receive Your Download?

If you have not received your download link within one (1) hour of completing your purchase, please:

  • Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders;
  • Confirm the email address used at checkout was entered correctly;
  • Contact us at support@cargoprofits.com with your order confirmation number and we will resend the download link promptly.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting support@cargoprofits.com is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We document every delivery and will dispute any chargeback filed in bad faith with the payment processor, providing evidence of purchase, delivery, and access. Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account suspension and may be reported to fraud-prevention networks.

5. Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: if your card was charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Technical failure to deliver: if, after a good-faith effort by our support team, we are unable to deliver the Product to you.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to support@cargoprofits.com within seven (7) days of purchase and include your order confirmation number. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Cargo Profits.
