1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from www.cargoprofits.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Cargo Profits.

2. Description of Product

Cargo Profits sells a digital PDF ebook and accompanying digital bonus materials (collectively, the "Product"). The Product is delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Access is granted instantly upon successful payment. No physical product is shipped.

3. Payment Terms

The Product is sold for a one-time payment of $49.95 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge of the full amount to your selected payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the ebook, bonuses, text, graphics, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of Ricardo Simon and Cargo Profits and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Product without prior written consent.

5. Income & Results Disclaimer

Any income figures, case studies, testimonials, or examples referenced in the Product or on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee of future earnings. Individual results vary and depend on many factors including, without limitation, your background, effort, skills, market conditions, and the time you devote to applying the material. Cargo Profits makes no representation that you will achieve any specific level of income or success.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Product;

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license, account suspension, and legal action.

7. Refunds

Due to the instant digital nature of the Product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and limited exceptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cargo Profits, Ricardo Simon, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
